Where Culinary Art Meets Luxury
An intimate theatre of flavour where every plate is composed like a movement — seasonal, sculptural, and quietly extraordinary.
Our Story
A quiet obsession
with perfection.
For over two decades, AURUM has treated dinner as an art form. Behind an unmarked door on the Rue de la Lumière, a single room, forty seats, and a kitchen that never rests.
We work only with the season — foraging, curing, and coaxing extraordinary flavour from ingredients at their fleeting peak. Nothing is rushed. Nothing is repeated. Each service is written anew, a private performance for those at the table.
The Chef
Julien Moreau
Executive Chef & Founder
Trained in the great kitchens of Lyon and Kyoto, Julien built AURUM on a single principle: restraint reveals more than excess. His cooking is precise, poetic, and deeply personal — a dialogue between French technique and the discipline of Japanese seasonality.

In Their Words
The verdict at
the table.
A flawless evening from the first pour to the last spoon. AURUM doesn't serve dinner — it stages a memory you'll chase for years.
Every course arrived like a held breath. Technique this precise usually feels cold; here it felt like being let in on a secret.
We came for a birthday and left having witnessed art. The cellar pairing alone is worth the flight to Paris.
